Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide. Our carrier of choice is AusPost, but we can quote other carriers on request.
International shipping may also be available, but will be quoted and invoiced separately.
How long does shipping take?
Out turnaround times are outlined in the descriptions of the products you purchase, but after shipping we recommend allowing 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive before enquiring.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be added to invoices as soon as they are generated. If you don't receive a tracking number within the turnaround time, please reach out!
Returns
How do I return an item?
We do not accept change of mind returns. If there is a defect in your product, send us an email and we will come to a resolution.

How long does it take to process my return?
We will send you a return shipping label. When the item is returned to us, we will issue you a refund. Refunds may take up to a week to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Exchanges may or may not be possible. We will evaluate them on a case by case basis. Send us an email and let us know what you would like to exchange.

Eleanor River has a range of patterns for men, women, children, and more. If you have something in mind, send us an email and we can see what we can do!
Why does my order take so long?
All of our clothing is handmade, and because of this it takes time. Anything purchased under preorder or custom listings will be subject to a longer turn around than our in stock items.
I want a different print, what can you do?
Eleanor River has hundreds of prints. Because of this, we don't offer everything every time we order. You can send us an email or join our Facebook group to look at some of the other prints we offer!
